Teaching Regional and Local Economics

Welcome to the TRUE wiki for regional and local economics. This site is being managed by Dave Clark and Jeff Grainger of the Centre for Local and Regional Economics at the University of Portsmouth.

Our aim is to establish a repository of material that can be accessed and shared by academics teaching regional and local economics, particularly at intermediate/advanced undergraduate level. This includes lecture notes and handouts, slide presentations, suggested reading lists, past assessment material, links to data sources, case-studies, research outputs, etc.

The basic idea behind the TRUE project is to provide a resource to help lecturers develop and refine courses in a number of subject areas which are commonly offered as undergraduate options.

We hope that the site will develop into a useful forum for exchanging ideas, comments and suggestions relating to teaching materials in this subject area.

If this sounds of interest, please get in touch with us at regecon@port.ac.uk .
