Teaching Money, Banking and Finance

Welcome to the TRUE wiki for Money, Banking and Finance. This site is being managed by Kent Matthews at Cardiff Business School, Cardiff University.

The aim of this wiki is to establish a repository of material that can be accessed and shared by academics teaching monetary economics, money and banking and banking and finance courses at intermediate/advanced undergraduate level. This will include lecture notes and handouts, syllabi, slide presentations, suggested reading lists, and problems and solutions.

The basic idea behind the TRUE project is to provide a resource to help lecturers develop and refine courses in a number of subject areas which are commonly offered as undergraduate and advanced undergraduate (postgraduate non-specialist) options.

We hope that the site will also build into a useful forum for exchanging ideas, comments and suggestions relating to teaching materials in this subject area.

If this sounds of interest, and especially if you have teaching materials that you would be willing to share, please get in touch with me at

Use the links above to see the resources shared so far.
