The Network asserts the intellectual property rights on behalf of the contributors to the Network's Web pages and for the material mounted by staff of the Network.

Permission is given to reproduce material provided that, the said material so reproduced, is not included in whole or in part in any other documents or publications that are to be sold for profit, and that the said material used must carry an acknowledgement of its source.

Hence, any material reproduced from resources mounted on the Internet by the Economics Network of the Higher Education Academy that is to be used for academic purposes of study, teaching and learning by educational establishments or bona fide students, is permitted without the need to expressly seek permission to reproduce, provided that the source is acknowledged and the non-profit clause is respected.
